Reached People Groups:

- Christians: 2.5 million (1.1% of total population) - This includes Catholic, Protestant, and Orthodox Christians.
- Muslims who have heard the Gospel: 20 million (9% of total population) - These individuals have been exposed to Christian teachings, but may not be believers.
- Other reached groups (Sikhs, Hindus, etc.): 22.5 million (10% of total population) - These individuals belong to other religious minorities in Pakistan.

Unreached People Groups:

- Tribal communities: 10 million (4.5% of total population)
    - Kalash: 4,000 - A small tribe in the north, known for their unique culture and traditions.
    - Khowar: 300,000 - A tribe in the north, with their own language and customs.
    - Shina: 500,000 - A tribe in the north, with a distinct language and culture.
    - Other tribes: 5 million - Various smaller tribes across Pakistan.
- Rural villages: 80 million (36% of total population) - Individuals living in rural areas, often with limited access to resources and education.
- Urban slums: 20 million (9% of total population) - Individuals living in poverty-stricken urban areas, often with limited access to resources and education.
- Nomadic and migratory groups: 5 million (2.3% of total population) - Individuals who move seasonally or permanently, often with limited access to resources and education.

Resources Available:

- Christian workers: 5,000 (mostly foreigners) - Missionaries, pastors, and other Christian workers serving in Pakistan.
- Local churches: 2,000 (mostly small and under-resourced) - Churches in Pakistan, often with limited resources and capacity.
- Evangelism and discipleship programs: 100 (reaching around 10,000 people) - Programs aimed at sharing the Gospel and discipling new believers.
- Bible translations: 20 languages (out of 70 languages spoken in Pakistan) - Translations of the Bible in various languages spoken in Pakistan.
- Christian radio and media: 5 stations (reaching around 1 million people) - Radio stations and media outlets sharing Christian content.

Needs:

- More Christian workers (at least 10,000) to reach the unreached population - Additional missionaries, pastors, and Christian workers are needed to effectively reach the unreached population.
- Increased resources for evangelism and discipleship programs (around $10 million annually) - More funding is needed to support programs aimed at sharing the Gospel and discipling new believers.
- More Bible translations (at least 20 languages) to reach the remaining language groups - Additional translations are needed to make the Bible accessible to more people in their native languages.
- Greater support for local churches (around $5 million annually) - Increased funding is needed to support local churches in their ministry and outreach efforts.
- Expanded Christian radio and media outreach (around $2 million annually) - More funding is needed to expand Christian radio and media outreach, increasing the reach and impact of Christian content.
